Ian Rosenzweig, Form VI, named 2025 Coca-Cola Scholar
After a challenging application process, Sixth Former Ian Rosenzweig earned the honor of being named a 2025 Coca-Cola Scholar. The Coke Scholars Program celebrates students who "not only exemplify superior leadership, service, and academics, they are change agents, positively affecting others in their communities."
"This is a very prestigious honor with just 150 students across the nation being chosen from over 105,000 applicants," writes Associate Director of College Counseling Elizabeth (Beth) Downing. According to the program's announcement, "Less than 1/6th of 1% of applicants were chosen to receive this extremely competitive award."
Rosenzweig will join other scholarship winners at the Coca-Cola Scholars Weekend this April in Atlanta, where he will be honored at the 37th annual Coca-Cola Scholars Banquet and participate in the Coca-Cola Scholars Leadership Development Institute. In addition to ongoing networking and collaboration opportunities with other Coke Scholars and program alumni from across the country, the award provides a $20,000 college scholarship to each winner.
The Coca-Cola Scholars Program is the largest corporate-sponsored, achievement-based scholarship program in the United States. The Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation exists "to bring better to the world through investment in exceptional high school students who are dedicated to leadership, service, and action that positively affects others."
